Irina Nelipovich M.D., FAAP

Dr. Irina Nelipovich has practiced in the Pediatrics field for 25 years. She graduated from the Minsk State Medical School. After 3 years as a Primary Care Pediatrician, she moved on to Neonatology, a subspecialty of pediatrics that consists of the medical care of newborn infants, especially the ill or premature.

Upon completion of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine residency program, Dr. Nelipovich was a Pediatrician at Dr. Susan Levit's Medical Center. In 2006, she joined Dr. Spivak in founding Welcome Pediatrics.

In her free time, Dr. Nelipovich enjoys cooking, fine arts and spending time with her husband, George. She also has a daughter, Inna, who is in her first year of a cardiology fellowship.
